By definition, CrossFit is, “Constantly varied, functional movements, at high intensity.”

What that really means is that CrossFit will work all parts of your body, in ways it was meant to move, at a high rate.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Sports, combat, survival, and LIFE reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease as well as former NFL players, soccer moms and dads, and former athletes looking to stay fit.

We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

Sometimes athletes just can't commit to coming more than a few times each week. We have an option available for athletes who want to be a part of the community, but only want to work out at CrossFit One Shot a maximum of 3x/week. Each class operates in a group setting, led by one of CrossFit One Shot Coaches. The Coach begins with a warm up and tutorial of each movement included in the days’ workout. Once everyone is ready to begin, the Coach leads the class safely through the workout. You are able to choose 3 scheduled CrossFit classes each week you want to attend. All additional classes result with a $15 drop-in fee.

Our “OnRamp” classes are offered to those who want to take it a step slower, to build themselves up to the regular scheduled classes.

Our coaches want to make sure that you learn all the proper form and technique. You will be taken through twelve classes (3x/week for one month), which teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit in order to participate in the group classes. This mandatory class reduces the risk of injury and allows all our members to learn the proper movements under the watchful eye of a professional coach. If you are not able to meet our schedule, a private class can be accommodated.
