This class is designed to help all athletes (runners, cyclists, CrossFitters) improve their flexibility, balance, joint mobility & breath awareness. Yoga props are used to release tight muscles and to assist in deepening the poses. We will focus on the importance of respecting your body through the combination of CrossFit & Yoga, while relating each yoga position to specific CrossFit movements.
