As the Owner of CrossFit One Shot, I bring my love for coaching, changing lives, and personal improvement. I have been competing in marathons, ultra marathons, ironman triathlons, and CrossFit competitions for the last 10+ years. I also bring an extensive instructing background where I currently instruct US Military Special Operations, US Military, Foreign Military, and Law Enforcement in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

I’m new to the Green Bay area, I recently moved from Hawaii with Courtney. In Hawaii I trained all different types of Athletes in CrossFit ranging from military special operations candidates to college students. I found CrossFit after having trained and competed in the Ironman in Cozumel, Mexico. After completing this race dissatisfied with the way my body performed, I decided I needed to become stronger and faster. I researched many different fitness programs. I came across CrossFit. So I joined CrossFit 760 in Carlsbad, California. After training at CrossFit 760 for 6 months, I began crushing times that I never could have imagined. An immediate accomplishment on the race course was seen at the Frogman Triathlon where I got 2nd Place. I also improved my Half-Ironman time at the Miami 70.3 coming in at 5 hours and 30 minutes.

I’m a United States Marine Veteran, a Christian, a Husband, a CrossFit Athlete, an Ironman Triathlete, and a Teacher.
