Our 45 minute class. It's just as we say, our On Ramp Class. We offer this to beginners, novice and advanced fitness clients. It's a period of refinement you cannot get in a large class.
For Beginners, our On Ramp sessions are the fastest path to learn One Shot's methods. The goal is proficiency and habit building under the watchful eye of a professional coach.
For Novice, our On Ramp sessions give you the opportunity to upgrade the basics, to moderate or eliminate a weakness, and to develop proficiency in something more advanced.
For Advanced, our On Ramp sessions are a period of focused coaching on specific weaknesses. The more experienced you are, the more 1 on 1 attention you need to get better at the One Shot method of fitness.
*On Ramp is an opportunity to improve rapidly and is mandatory for all new group coaching clients.
Unlimited classes means exactly that. A member may come into any of our scheduled classes and there will be a Certified Coach to lead them through the workout. Feel free to come to any of our scheduled classes Monday through Saturday. Each class operates in a group setting, led by one of our One Shot Coaches. The Coach begins with a warm up and tutorial of each movement included in the days’ workout. Once everyone is ready to begin, the Coach leads the class safely through the workout.
One Shot Athletics
One of our biggest highlights has been creating our Athlete Development Program.
It started with the Bay Port Hockey team over a summer. The Boys team would spend an hour working on speed, strength, and mindset throughout workouts. They conducted numerous team building exercises where they were pushed passed their individual limits.
Our program has since expanded to Middle and High School Athletes, all like minded to get stronger mentally and physically.
