Our 45 minute class. It's just as we say, our Beginners Class. We offer this to those who want to take it a step slower, to build themselves up to the regular scheduled classes, and for those with no prior CrossFit experience..
Our coaches want to make sure that you learn all the proper form and technique. You will be taken through 4 Private classes, which teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit in order to participate in the group classes. This mandatory class reduces the risk of injury and allows all our members to learn the proper movements under the watchful eye of a professional coach.
**No Prior-Fitness Required
Our 30 minute class. One Shot Burn is fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Short, sweet, and super sweaty!

Our 60 minute class. CrossFit is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!
