I started playing competitive sports at a young age and continued throughout high school playing Varsity Basketball, Cross Country & Soccer. I then continued soccer in college. After, I was lucky enough to be a Varsity Soccer Coach at Bay Port High School for four years. During my third pregnancy I wanted to get active again. Courtney and Chase Ford told me about CrossFit and how they could scale it for my growing body! I started 4 months pregnant and fell in love with the sport and community -- and haven't stopped since!

I CrossFit because...

It makes me a better person physically and mentally. I am a better parent to my children and a better partner to my husband. It makes me genuinely happy to be at the gym daily and grow as a person.

I Coach because...

It's a wonderful thing to make a difference in someone's life. Coaching soccer meant so much to me that when the opportunity arose for me to coach again at CrossFit One Shot I jumped at the chance.

My favorite "Cheat Meal" is...

CCQ and chips, any kind of risotto, and Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and gravy with fried okra and collared greens (made by either my Grandma or my mom!!! That's key!)

My secret "Ninja" exercise is...

Thrusters and Pull-ups, so Fran is my nemesis!!!
